Used directly in Zoom, the Timer will help the meeting host to have a clear view of the discussion through simple data. Every time a participant speaks, his time is recorded which gives the possibility to the host to give more speaking time to the participants who interact the least. The Timer has many options to give voice to everybody and help the people in charge focus on the fundamentals of the discussions rather than its structure.

Easy to implement

The Timer is very easy to implement and use across your whole organization. Indeed, it simply appears as a new version of the zoom client program to download. All your usual zoom credentials work in the new version. The timer appears in the navigation bar in Zoom. The data is displayed in a sidebar and the after meeting review opens up in a new window for hosts or administrators

Simple Management

The timer and its data is really simple to manage for all users in your organization. The zoom administrator manages the permissions of access to the Timer and its data. Depending on your subscription and the administration plan you choose, you can be able to name up to 15 accounts with data access permissions across all company departments.
The administrators can set up the preferences for the use of the Timer in all meetings. However, the host of the meetings has systematic access to the data related to the discussions in his meeting.
